Evox is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to support a US marketing agency client in a fully remote role. You will plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in creative/marketing project management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to keep stakeholders aligned and campaigns on track.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with creative workflows and processes in marketing campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking reports and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
