Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, BI, Paid Media Analytics, or CRM Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic to Intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization platforms.
• English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data across marketing channels including Paid Media, CRM, Email Marketing, and Customer Engagement Programs.
• Prepare recurring reporting packages and consolidate data into actionable summaries.
• Support development of client recommendations and optimization strategies.
• Perform quality assurance checks across reports and datasets.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Media, and Analytics teams to deliver insights.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and reporting processes.
