Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit Analyst to perform audits across the lending lifecycle, including loan operations, post-closing, and compliance. The role emphasizes risk assessment, testing, and continuous monitoring in a fully remote setting.

You will review processes, data, and documentation, develop workpapers, and report findings with actionable recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, auditing, or related field.
• 1+ years in internal or external audit with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Audit across loan operations, closing, post-closing, servicing and compliance.
• Review loan files, system data, reports, and documentation for control effectiveness and compliance.
• Perform audit testing, data analysis, walkthroughs, and risk assessments for the annual plan.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations and special reviews per management requests.
• Prepare audit work papers, findings, and management reports with clear recommendations.
• Validate management actions and monitor remediation of findings.
