Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to orchestrate the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions for the insurance sector. You will combine hands-on development with solution architecture and technical leadership, working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to integrate with ERP, intranet, and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience delivering integrations through Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Refine requirements and translate business needs into technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Lead form development using PCF controls.
• Provide hands-on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems through Azure.
• Establish development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Review solution designs and code, resolve technical issues, and guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Lead the onboarding and ramp-up of additional team members.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, technical planning, and backlog preparation.
• Establish a strong technical foundation while maintaining delivery momentum.
