Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to oversee the technical design and delivery of enterprise CRM and ERP integrations. The role combines hands-on development with solution architecture and leadership across the insurance industry clients.

You will work with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to build scalable solutions aligned with client systems, processes, and governance.

Hands-on development with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into actionable technical stories.
Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
Lead form development using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
Provide hands-on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems through Azure.
Establish development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
Review solution designs and code, resolve technical issues, and guide the engineering team.
Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
Lead the onboarding and ramp-up of additional team members.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, technical planning, and backlog preparation.
