Job summary

EDETEK Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Data Management to lead the data management team, oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction across CONFORM eClinical implementations.

The role involves defining design specifications, performing data management activities, coordinating with clients, and guiding junior staff, with remote work options for candidates in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. Travel up to 5% may be required; English communication and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or technological discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical trial or clinical data management.
• Experience with data management life cycle and SAS preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical data management team and ensure quality, timely delivery.
• Oversee documentation per SOPs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define requirements.
• Lead UAT and testing of new software implementations.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
