CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter to source, credential, and hire LBAs for ABA service delivery in NY. This role partners with the HR Director to manage licensure, Medicaid enrollment, and ongoing credential maintenance.

You will lead sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain accurate HRIS records to ensure compliance and continuous service delivery across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations experience.
• Healthcare/ABA setting experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with New York LBA licensure requirements and BCBA-to-LBA pathway is advantageous.
• Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment processes is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring LBAs across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
• Posting job listings on ABA networks, university partnerships, and licensure boards.
• Screening candidates for licensure status and availability; coordinating interviews.
• Facilitating interview process with HR Director and clinical leadership; extending offers.
• Managing pre-hire documentation in line with LTE Care Plus HR policies.
• Maintaining an active LBA candidate pipeline to support service delivery.
