Job summary

Azumo is seeking a Project Manager to lead software development projects and personalized technology initiatives from inception to delivery. This fully remote role operates across Latin America and collaborates with business and technical teams to bring structure, accountability, and technical credibility to every engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years managing software development projects across the full SDLC.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Notion for project tracking and documentation.
• Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) in project delivery context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Based in Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining quality and deadlines across engagements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers, maintaining a live risk log with recommended solutions.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships, track SLAs and delivery commitments.
