Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will oversee a global team, drive monitoring strategies, and ensure audit-ready documentation while collaborating with project leads to deliver on sponsor goals.

The role requires leadership experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects across regions within IQVIA SOP-like frameworks and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA) and knowledge of ICH GCPs.
• +2 years in a Lead role with project oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage study site metrics and develop monitoring strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across global projects.
• Ensure documentation and RBM tools are audit-ready.
• Collaborate with project and clinical leads to meet sponsor objectives.
