Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager who will expand LATAM partnerships and drive growth. You’ll recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, coordinating with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns.

We’re seeking someone with 3-5+ years in affiliate management, strong LATAM experience, and excellent negotiation skills. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Affiliate Management, preferably iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong LATAM market experience.
• Existing network of active affiliates.
• Understanding of KPIs and performance models.
• Proficient in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding processes for new affiliates.

Affiliate Manager

As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for a Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America.

The Opportunity

Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America, has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred
