IPSY is seeking a mid-level DevOps & Infrastructure professional for a fully remote role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The position focuses on managing the identity stack, provisioning onboarding/offboarding, and building automations to streamline IT operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, with experience in MDM platforms for macOS/Windows. You will work remotely with flexible hours and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack administration.
• Experience with Zoom administration and MDM platforms for macOS and/or Windows.
• Demonstrated experience building automations or scripts to eliminate manual work and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain core SaaS and identity stack including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Own new hire and offboarding provisioning end-to-end, coordinating device provisioning and shipping for new hires in Buenos Aires.
• Build and maintain automations to reduce manual IT work and support ticketing and documentation practices.
