Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager (Fully Remote) to oversee the implementation of complex insurtech projects. You will manage client relationships, lead planning sessions, and support proposals, POCs, and contracts across global teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in project management, 3+ years in insurance, and a strong ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge required; strong client-facing experience emphasized.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget and timeline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review).
• Assist in contract creation and client communications.
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Monitor project progress and adjust work as needed.
• Host regular project reviews and report status with key metrics.
• Oversee project documentation and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and approach.
