Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and clients.
• Support solution proposals, PoCs, and client pursuits.
• Participate in proposal and PoC design, submission, and reviews.
• Assist in contract creation and client communications.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Track progress and adapt work as required.
• Host regular project reviews and report status with metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Continually optimize processes and methods.
