CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee the implementation of digital insurance projects in a fully remote role. You will coordinate client and internal teams, drive project lifecycles, and support proposals and PoCs across diverse insurance domains.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, 3+ years in insurance, and strong client-facing skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge required.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Experience leading full project lifecycles.
• Self-motivated and startup-ready.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project planning with internal and client teams.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review).
• Assist in contracts and client communications.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Monitor progress and adapt work as required.
• Host weekly project reviews and report key metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation, risks, and dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and project approach.
