Varicent seeks an Learning Media Designer to join the Education team, focusing on education over marketing. You will craft multimedia learning assets, translate complex concepts into visuals, and collaborate with instructional designers to boost learner understanding and retention.

Remote Argentina-only role with opportunities to shape Varicent Academy content, leverage AI workflows, and implement scalable design systems across courses and community experiences.

Formación

• Experience creating multimedia and learning assets for software environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and scalable design systems.
• Experience using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate production.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, layout.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals for learning.

Responsabilidades

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences, including videos, animations, and templates.
• Collaborate with Technical Education Developers to translate objectives into visuals.
• Apply visual design principles to improve clarity and retention.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality.
• Produce and edit video-based learning content with captions and voiceovers.
• Develop reusable visual systems and templates for across platforms.
• Support branding and UX within Varicent Academy and Community.
• Perform quality reviews for accessibility and usability.
