Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own a portfolio of DTC accounts, act as the direct client contact, and present results and plans with clear reasoning.

You will audit before touching accounts and maintain brand vs non-brand strategies, PMax awareness, and feed/tracking integrity. You will work with a remote team worldwide, taking client calls during US Eastern business hours.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: real review of campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses; report them separately to show impact.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; separate branded and non-branded volumes.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto applied changes and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix across creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, checkout, tracking.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
