Pearster is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team in Argentina. You will craft visual content that strengthens our brand identity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects independently.

The role emphasizes social media assets, presentations, and internal communications, with a focus on consistency, typography, color, and branding across channels. English skills are a bonus in our international team.

Formación

• Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, and branding.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant professional work.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English level is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and the company website.
• Develop corporate presentations, branded materials, and other visual communications.
• Create employer branding assets that support Pearster's talent attraction and employee engagement initiatives.
• Design internal communication materials for employees and teams.
• Adapt creative assets for different digital platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand communications and materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns and special projects.
• Edit images and perform basic photo retouching.
• Create and adapt visual content based on established brand guidelines.
• Maintain, organize, and update the company's design asset library.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.
