Qualifications

• Requires university degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Natural Resources, Geological or Biological Sciences with professional registration.
• 5–10 years in environmental management and permits, mining/energy/infrastructure preferred.
• Native/advanced English and Spanish with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project permits matrix with deadlines and responsible bodies.
• Submit Environmental Impact Report and updates to authorities.
• Manage sectoral permits: water use, effluent, emissions, waste, soil and hazardous substances.
• Coordinate environmental constraints with engineering and design teams.
• Provide regulatory interpretations to ensure project schedule adherence.
