Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Medical Data Review Manager (Rehumatology) for a remote, global role. You’ll review structured patient data to ensure protocol adherence and readiness for the next review stage, coordinating with clinical teams worldwide.

The ideal candidate has a medical degree with Rehumatology specialization, 5+ years in clinical research, and advanced English. You’ll participate in kickoff and weekly meetings and help maintain data integrity across trials.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization in Rehumatology (mandatory).
• 5 years in clinical research at site CRO/pharma; PI experience relevant.
• Advanced English with strong oral and written communication.
• Understanding of clinical/medical data in trials.

Responsibilities

• Review structured patient data to ensure medical plausibility and protocol adherence.
• Assess inclusion/exclusion criteria for trial eligibility.
• Review dosing records for adherence and accuracy of dosages.
• Evaluate AEs, concomitant meds, and medical history data for consistency.
• Ensure end-of-treatment and end-of-study information is accurately documented.
• Review laboratory results for completeness and safety signals.
• Review other information to determine readiness for next review level.
• Collaborate with medical review staff and triage data issues.
• Attend kickoff, weekly team, and client meetings as needed.
