Responsibilities

• Identify data anomalies requiring site follow-up for accuracy.
• Review inclusion/exclusion criteria for trial eligibility.
• Assess dosing records for protocol adherence and possible errors.
• Review AEs, concomitant meds, and medical history for consistency.
• Document EOT/EOS information to explain trial participation end.
• Review laboratory results for completeness and safety signals.
• Assess other information to determine readiness for next review.
• Collaborate with Medical review staff to triage data issues.
• Attend Kick-Off, weekly team, and client meetings as needed.
