Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Medical Data Review Manager to join our team. This is a home-based, global scope position with mandatory Rheumatology specialization and medical degree requirements.

The role focuses on data plausibility, protocol adherence, and comprehensive patient information readiness for next review stages. The candidate will review clinical data, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with a global team including sub-investigators and PI experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required for global communications.
• Experience with clinical data in trials and data review processes.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacology concepts.
• Experience as Sub-Investigator or Principal Investigator is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Identify anomalies in patient data that require site clarification.
• Review inclusion/exclusion criteria for trial eligibility.
• Check dosing records for protocol adherence and accuracy.
• Review adverse events, concomitant medications, and medical history for consistency.
• Ensure end-of-treatment (EOT) and end-of-study (EOS) documentation and reasons for discontinuation.
• Review laboratory results for completeness and safety signals.
• Review any other information to determine readiness for next review.
• Collaborate with Medical Review staff to triage issues and discuss data.
• Attend Kick-off, weekly team, and client meetings as needed.
