Job summary

Pearster is hiring an AI Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning.

You will integrate APIs and AI services from leading platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI workflows, plus strong Python skills and a background in software engineering or data science.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering with AI/ML focus.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered apps using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience integrating APIs and developing backend services.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and ML.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications and workflows.
• Integrate AI models and services from major platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Azure).
