Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional SRE/infra/backend experience.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ownership of production reliability and incident response.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability, incident response, on-call operations, and service availability.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability across systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement reliability improvements.
