AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a production healthcare platform, including AI-powered capabilities. The initial project is 3 months, with potential extension based on performance.

You will work across frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Postgres) using modern AI and cloud services. Strong English, ownership and quality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack experience, with depth in either frontend or backend.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and applying LLMs to real-world challenges.
• Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC, and AWS.
• Experience handling sensitive data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Strong ownership, energy, and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate English.
