Job summary

GoFasti is seeking an English-fluent Designer and Packaging Branding expert to design fragrance collections for a LatAm-based remote team. You will craft luxury-to-masstige visual systems, define color, typography and finishes, and translate trends into retailer-ready layouts across packaging components.

The role requires a strong portfolio in beauty/fragrance packaging, expert Adobe tools, and proficiency in 3D mockups. Remote, full-time with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• 5+ years in packaging and brand design (beauty/fragrance or adjacent).
• Proven ability to create distinctive, scalable on-pack systems.
• Strong presentation and storytelling with consumer logic.

Responsibilities

• Own design for assigned fragrance collections and brand systems across SKUs, sizes and substrates.
• Build visual territories: color palettes, typography, finishes, pattern, iconography, layout rules.
• Create on-pack architecture balancing beauty with clarity for brand and claims.
• Prepare clean handoffs and build notes for production/prepress teams.
