Assurant is hiring a Hazard Forecaster to analyze workload trends, forecast volumes, and translate forecasts into staffing recommendations. This fully remote role across Argentina partners with Operations to meet service levels and support growth with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include creating staffing plans, presenting trends in monthly reviews, and improving forecasting models with Power BI and Excel. Strong English communication and 3+ years of Excel expertise are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze historical workload data, trends, and business drivers to develop accurate volume forecasts.
• Create staffing recommendations that support operational goals and SLAs.
• Present forecasts and workforce recommendations during monthly reviews.
• Develop reports and perform ad hoc analyses related to new initiatives and client onboarding.
• Continuously improve forecasting models, methodologies, and planning processes.
