Competenze
- 5+ years of professional software development in production stacks.
- Experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
- Advanced English is required.
Mansioni
- Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems.
- Structure and map current state, decisions, and exceptions; translate into specs.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context retrieval, tool integration.
- Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integrations.
- Own CI/CD: build, test, release, environments.
