Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a global data migration program within a multinational setting.

You will plan end-to-end migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define approach, controls and risk management to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP. The role requires strong data migration methodology experience (extraction, cleansing, validation, loading), experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluency in English for

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
