Job summary

Jetbridge Ai is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth, reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong knowledge of data migration methodology (ETL), experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluent English communication in a UTC

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
