Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration initiatives for a major automotive ERP upgrade in a global context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and establish controls to ensure accuracy and a reliable transition to the target system.

You will work in English, in the UTC timezone (9:00-17:00) and engage with senior stakeholders. Prior experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred; strong communication

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
