Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of a global data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires hands-on leadership in large-scale data migration projects, strong knowledge of ETL processes, and fluency in English for daily collaboration in UTC working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
