Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute remotely on a contractor basis. The role focuses on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights to train AI systems.

You will review datasets, analyze earnings and benchmarks, and develop investment theses supported by quantitative and qualitative research. Strong sector expertise and communication skills are essential for delivering clear research updates.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banking, insurance, biotech, tech, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You’ll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
