Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You’ll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. The role involves reviewing datasets, analyzing earnings revisions, and developing investment theses with a focus on valuation and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banking, insurance, biotech, tech).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
