Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert for a remote contractor role focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You will review real-world equity research content, analyze reports, and help train next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required, but strong equity research background is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in equity research roles (Sell-Side Associate/Analyst/VP/Director).
• Proven ability to cover multiple companies across earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (Banking/Insurance/Biotech/Tech).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience defending investment theses and research views.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.

• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
