Intuition Machines is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Detection team. You will lead engineers building tools, infrastructure and features that power fraud detection at scale, guiding architecture and delivering high-quality software for real-world risk analysis.

You will mentor a geo-distributed team, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with researchers to ship robust features used by millions of users and major customers worldwide.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale and modern cloud tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, grow and support a team of engineers responsible for applications, tools and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists and stakeholders to build scalable detection solutions.
• Mentor engineers, participate in architecture design and code reviews.
