Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a fully remote, LATAM-facing role in performance marketing. You’ll own research, data, and first-draft deliverables across multiple engagements, building the foundation for client recommendations and strategic decisions.

You bring 3–5 years in marketing, research, or agency work, strong written English, and experience with data from third-party platforms.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, capable of producing structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalent presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
