Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner organization seeks an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Argentina. This fully remote, six-month contract role involves transforming complex information into engaging digital learning experiences for an Australian organization.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in instructional design, education, or training.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate for interactive multimedia content.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and content development.
• Experience writing instructional copy and audio/video scripts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor edits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex information.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and scripts.
• Manage learning content for LMS/SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA for learner experience.
• Ensure compliance with standards and IP regulations.
• Develop supporting resources and training materials.
• Support design, development, and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review and improve existing learning programs.
