Hustler Marketing Llc is a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You own day-to-day partner success, campaigns, and budgets, coordinating with a Director on larger accounts.

You’ll translate needs into internal direction and drive results across multiple locations. Ideal candidates have deep digital marketing experience, strong English, and comfort managing several client accounts.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on digital marketing for clients at an agency or own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools; ability to build with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience running several client accounts simultaneously across multiple locations.
• Brand and copy judgment with ability to explain and defend decisions.
• Comfort working with minimal oversight.

Mansioni

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners with proactive, partner-first communication.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction; maintain scope/status records.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality and scope compliance.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team; pull reports and derive insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing, inquiries and enrollments.
• Identify retention, renewal, or upsell opportunities with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support invoicing and reporting to aid account financial health.
