Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to drive design and delivery of enterprise-grade business apps for the insurance sector. You will blend hands-on development with solution architecture and technical leadership across the team.

You will work with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to connect ERP, intranet, and other platforms, while guiding refinements and ensuring architecture quality and security throughout delivery.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive experience delivering integrations via Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while contributing hands-on delivery.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, ALM, security, and deployment practices.
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Refine requirements and translate business needs into technical stories.
• Design and develop apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Lead PCF-based form development.
• Provide hands-on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems via Azure.
• Establish standards, ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Review designs and code, resolve issues, and mentor the team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Lead onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Lead requirements refinement, alignment, planning, and backlog prep.
• Maintain a strong technical foundation while keeping momentum.
