Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to drive technical design and delivery of CRM and enterprise solutions within the insurance sector. You will combine hands-on development with solution architecture and lead the engineering team.

You will build with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PCF, and Azure, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while guiding delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience delivering integrations through Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while delivering hands-on work.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, ALM, security and deployment practices.
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems through Azure.
• Establish development standards and ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Review designs and code, resolve issues, and guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, and backlog preparation.
• Establish a strong technical foundation while maintaining momentum.
