Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a part-time Digital Patient Engagement Coordinator to manage SMS inquiries and provide light phone consultations. This remote role requires responsiveness during US East Coast hours and involves leveraging CRM and telehealth tools to guide clients through their wellness journey.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, curious, empathetic, and comfortable discussing wellness topics in a consultative manner, with flexibility to adapt to a non-traditional support schedule.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn platforms quickly
• Experience with CRMs, telehealth software, or scheduling tools is a plus
• Excellent written SMS communication and clear verbal skills
• Genuine curiosity and empathy for clients' goals and health journeys
• Interest in healthcare/wellness, telehealth, chiropractic, physical therapy, or concierge medicine is beneficial
• Must be able to respond promptly during East Coast hours (16:00–24:00 GMT)
• Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and privacy guidelines

Responsibilities

• Prompt lead response via SMS and scheduling of phone consultations
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand health goals
• Coordinate phone consultations using Calendly or similar tools
• Accurately capture client details in CRM and scheduling platforms
• Build relationships with clients through empathy and genuine interest
• Conduct brief follow-ups to provide additional information or reminders
