Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on Senior Account Manager to own client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will write brand messaging, draft in Claude, and directly run SEO, social, and paid media with an emphasis on conversion tracking and clear multi-location reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of agency or independent practice experience, near-native English, and a track record of managing several accounts simultaneously while defending brand decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on digital marketing for multiple client accounts.
• Strong grounding in conversion tracking, tagging, and ad account structure.
• Daily use of Claude and related integration tools.
• Near-native English for calls and written updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts, often across locations.
• Ability to explain and defend brand and copy decisions.
• Comfort working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live within ~2 weeks.
• Verify that conversion tracking reflects real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit for client tone.
• Lead hands-on SEO, social, and paid media; manage ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear location-level metrics and budget shifts.
• Convert repeat tasks into Claude workflows used weekly by the team.
• Join client calls, including with teams in different time zones.
