Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to support a global automotive manufacturer within a leading consulting firm. You will plan and oversee the migration activities, define the approach, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Fluency in English is required for interviews and daily work, and you will operate in a UTC window (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This role emphasizes risk management, data quality, and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders, with 100%

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.
• English proficiency for interviews and daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
