Job summary

Ferring Holding Sa in Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate a global data migration program within a consulting context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in data migration lifecycles, experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations, and fluency in English. This is a fully remote, full-time position with UTC working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration programs in large enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC time zone (9:00–17:00).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
