Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a global data migration program for a leading automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and establish controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will manage risks, report progress to senior stakeholders, and ensure data is accurate and ready for use in the new ERP. Fluency in English and availability for UTC 9:00–17:00 is required; experience with S/4HANA or ERP

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.

• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
