Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a global data migration program for a world-leading automotive client. This 100% remote, full-time role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approach and controls, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Work hours align with UTC 9:00–17:00. You will ensure data quality (extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading) and manage risks to deliver a reliable transition to the target system.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
