Iqvia Llc in Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate and execute a global data migration program on a fully remote basis. You will plan across workstreams, define migration controls and manage risks, ensuring a smooth transition to the target system.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy, and report progress to senior stakeholders. English communication is required for interviews and daily work; UTC working hours apply (9:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
