Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end planning and execution of a critical data migration program within a global consulting context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires strong experience in data migration, exposure to S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations, and fluent English for interviews and daily work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration phases: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English for daily work and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and readiness for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define migration approach, methodology, and quality controls.
