Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration planning and execution for a global ERP program. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration controls, and managing risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The position is 100% remote and full-time, with English-language CVs required and interviews conducted in English. Work hours align with UTC (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
