Allshore Talent is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofits. The role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to guide smarter decisions and improve campaigns.

As a remote, USD-compensated position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, track KPIs, and optimize reporting systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
